Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been following relief:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 12.05.2011, passed by Tehsildar Judicial, Mohammadabad, Ghazipur in Case No.508/710/46/462 (Sidhva Devi vs. Satiram) under the proceedings arising out of Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, and further the impugned order dated 20.07.2011 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mohammadabad, District Ghazipur, in Appeal number 38/2011 (Sidhva Devi vs. Prabhawati) and impugned order dated 30.11.2024 passed by Additional Commissioner (Judicial) II Varanasi, in Revision number 201/2011-2012, bearing computer case number C2011140000673 (Sidhva vs. Prabhawati). 3. The orders are passed in a mutation proceedings are summary in nature and do not decide the right of the parties. Petitioner has a remedy of getting his rights declared in a regular title proceedings. 4. In view of judgment passed in case of Smt. Kalawati vs. Board of Revenue reported in 2022 4 ADJ 578, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
