When the first information report was lodged by the respondent no.3 which had given rise to case crime no.0586 of 2024, under Section 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act, P.S. Naini, (Yamunanagar Commissionerate), District-Prayagraj, the petitioner had filed the instant writ petition. The instant matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court vide order dated 24.10.2024. Before the mediator on 14.02.2025 a settlement agreement was entered into between the parties. The relevant portion of the settlement agreement which is contained in paragraph No.7 is being reproduced as under:- "7. अंतररिम समझझौतता ददिनताअंक 24.01.2025 कके अननुसतारि वतादिकताररिययों कके बबीच मम दनम्नललिलखित समझझौतता सम्पन्न हहआ हहह- क. यह दक दिदोनदो पक्ष अंतररिम समझझौतता ददिनताअंक 24.01.2025 सके सझौहतादिर पपूरर एअंव स्नकेह पपूवरक बतझौरि पतबी पत्नबी कके रूप मम रिह रिहके हह एअंव आज मध्यस्थ कके समक्ष उपसस्थत हह औरि कथन करितके हह दक आगके भबी वके दिदोनयों पपूरर सझौहतादिर औरि स्नकेह पपूवरक सताथ -सताथ रिहमगम तथता वहवतादहक जबीवन कके दितादयत्वयों कता दनवतारहन करिमगम तथता एक दिपूसरिके कता सम्मतान करिमगम। खि. यह दक पदत आश्वस्त करितता हह दक वह अपनबी पत्नबी कता पपूरिता ध्यतान रिखिकेगता एवअं सभबी ज़रूरितयों औरि आवश्यकतताओअं कदो पपूरर करिकेगता। ग. यह दक पतबी एवअं पत्नबी ऐसता कदोई कतायर नहहीं करिमगके लजससके दकसबी भबी पक्ष कदो मतानलसक यता शतारिबीररिक रूप सके ठकेस पहहअंचके औरि वके अपनबी गदतदवलधिययों सके एक -दिपूसरिके कदो सअंतनुष्ट करिनके कता प्रयतास करिमगके। घ. यह दक पक्षयों कके बबीच इस बतात परि भबी सहमदत बनबी हह दक वके शताअंदतपपूरर औरि सझौहतादिरपपूरर मताहझौलि मम रिहकरि उदचत व्यवहतारि करिमगके। ङ. यह दक दिदोनदो पक्षकतारियों कके सगके-सअंबअंधिबी दिदोनदो कके शताअंदतपपूरर वहवतादहक जबीवन मम हस्तक्षकेप नहहीं करिमगम। च. यह दक दिदोनदो पक्ष एक दिपूसरिके कके दवरुद्ध पअंजबीकक त/दवचतारिताधिबीन समस्त वतादिदो कदो वतापस लिमगके। छ. यह दक दिदोनदो पक्ष एक दिपूसरिके कके लखिलिताफ, इस वहवतादहक वतादि कके सअंदिभर मम कदोई नयता वतादि दितायरि नहबी करिमगके।". 2. Since, the parties have now settled the matter amicably, no useful purpose would be served by continuing with the investigation in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 24.09.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 0586 of 2024, under sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Naini (Yamnunagar Commissionerate), District Prayagraj. 3. Under such circumstances, the First Information Report dated 24.09.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 0586 of 2024, under sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Naini (Yamnunagar Commissionerate), District Prayagraj is quashed. 4.
