Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned Standing Counsel for the State and learned counsel for respondent no.6 2. Having perused the impugned order, we are of the opinion that the appeal could be disposed of by permitting the appellant to move a fresh application and further request the learned Single Judge to expedite the hearing as cancellation of the license has led to loss of the revenue, to both the appellant and the State. 3. In that view of the matter, we dispose of the special 1 2025:UHC:8014-DB appeal by requesting the learned Single Judge to expeditiously consider and dispose of the petition as expeditiously as possible. 4.
