Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed an affidavit of the second respondent, District Health and Family Welfare Officer, District Kalaburagi. It is stated that the deputation order dated 18.10.2024 was passed deputing the complainant from Nelogi PHC to Kamalapur PHC and it was immediately withdrawn after receiving the copy of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition. The administrative charge pertaining to the PHC was not given since the said work needs to be looked into by the Senior Officer in the CHC as per the order of the Commissioner dated 24.08.2023. 3. It is stated in the affidavit filed by the second respondent that on 28.04.2025 an order has been passed handing over the administrative charge of the PHC Nelogi to the complainant.
