This special appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 03.10.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ- A No.21158 of 2023 (Makardhvaj Prasad Vs. State of UP and others) wherein the Additional Chief Secretary was only directed to explain the exact status of the disciplinary proceedings against the appellant. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents informs that the charge-sheet has been served upon the appellant, District Inspector of Schools. 4.
