The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to issue a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 17, Deoria to decide the Case No. 2628 of 2001 (State vs. Om Prakash and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 145 of 2000 under Sections 223, 224, 411 IPC, P.S.-Kotwali, District Deoria within stipulated period. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
