Satyen Vaidya, Judge (Oral) In compliance to the order dated 17th July, 2025, instructions dated 8th September, 2025, have been placed on record, according to which, the benefit of work charge status has been conferred on the petitioners on notional basis on completion of 8 years daily wage continuous service in terms of judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.1595 of 2025, titled State of H.P. & others vs. Suraj Mani & another, decided on 6th February, 2025. 2. In view of above instructions, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the relief, as restricted by the petitioners, 2 has been satisfied and thus, the petitioners are not interested to pursue the instant petition further. He, however, submits that the fixation of the pay of the petitioners in terms of aforesaid decision of the respondents be made time bound. 3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. The respondents, however, are directed to complete the process of fixation of pay of petitioners within six weeks from today. Pending application(s), if any shall also stand disposed of.
