In pursuance of the order dated 10.12.2024, today, both the corpuses who are aged about 16 and 13 years, are present before this Court alongwith respondent no.3. 3. On being queried, corpuses stated that they are residing with respondent no.3/her maternal grandfather alongwith their mother with their free will. 4. In view of the statement made by corpus, it is apparent that there is no illegal detention of corpus by respondent no.3 and as such, the present petition stands dismissed.
