Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been given by the accused applicant Sanjeev Singh in Case Crime No. 559 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) B.N.S. and 6/10 Public Examination Act, 2024, P.S.- Dakshin, District Firozabad.

Learned counsel submitted that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has filed e-KYC proforma for the post of constable civil police examination 2023 wherein his name is mentioned as Sanjeev Singh and his date of birth is shown as 5.5.1998. He has never shown his date of birth 5.5.2004 as stated in the FIR.
