ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MOHAMMAD NAWAZ)
1. Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed a memo along with documents, stating that direction issued by this Court to hand over the vacant possession of the two rooms to the complainant has been complied. He submits that the vacant possession of the two rooms is handed over to the complainant drawing up a panchanama, after following due procedures.
2. He further submits that the belongings of complainant’s daughter-in-law are not taken back by her in spite of intimation and issuance of notice to her.

3. The submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate is placed on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the complainant would confirm that the order of the Deputy Commissioner has been complied. He submits that in view of the compliance, the petition may be disposed of.
5. In light of the above, the contempt proceedings are dropped.
6. In view of disposal of main petition, pending I.As. do not survive for consideration. Accordingly, same stand
disposed of.
