Manoj Pathak and others) arising out of case crime no.717 of 2022 under sections 452/323, 308 IPC, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj pending in the Court of Addl. District Judge, Court No.22, Allahabad, within a stipulated period. 3. Applicant before this Court is the informant and his statement has been recorded before the court as P.W.1. Now the matter is pending for further evidence. 4. In the circumstances, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid session trial in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
