This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to comply his own order dated 24.01.2024 by which he has allowed the application of the petitioner under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which was numbered as 2268 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. T202302030402268) Rajwanti Devi Vs. Bandhu." 2. It is contended that an order under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed on 24.1.2024 but till date the said order has not been complied with. The sole prayer made in the writ petition for compliance of the order dated 24.1.2024. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent No. 2 to execute the order dated 24.1.2024 and carry out demarcation proceeding, preferably within a period of one month positively from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 4.
