According to him, a restoration application was moved by the private respondents, which has also been dismissed. The sole prayer made in writ petition for expeditious compliance of the order dated 11.7.2023. 2. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent No. 2 to execute the order dated 11.7.2023 preferably within a period of one month positively from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 3.
