It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined pursuant to the transfer order. However, he submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation regarding his grievance against the transfer order. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 4. In view of above, this petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a representation before the concerned respondent within a period of three weeks from today. In the event any such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of presentation of the representation.
