This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Md. Dulal Ali, has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 78/2025. Pursuant to the interim order dated 07.04.2025 passed in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has already been recorded. This court is of the opinion that since the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has been cooperating with the Investigating Officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody.
