Dhanpal and others), under sections 420, 468, 471, IPC, Police Station Jansath, District Muzaffar Nagar, pending in the court of Civil Judge(Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Jansath, Muzaffar Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in view of the further development during the pendency of the instant application, the instant applicant has become infructuous, therefore, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant application. 4.
