2 respondent No.4 registered a case in Crime No.71 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025 on the file of SN Puram Police Station, Vijayawada City, for the alleged offecnes under Sections 109, 79 and 3(5) of BNS, 2023.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
