The order dated 6.11.2018 was passed by the respondent No.3/Up-Ziladhikari, Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh in favour of the petitioner in the proceedings being Case 07557/2018, Computerized Case No. T201815060107557,under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the compliance of the aforesaid order, a letter/representation was written by the petitioner to the respondent No.3 on 03.07.2024 and on the said representation, a direction given by the respondent No. 3 to the Revenue Inspector and Lekhpal to inquire the matter and pass appropriate orders in the matter. It is prayed that the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 be directed to do needful in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to place all the necessary papers and documents before the respondent No.3/Up-Ziladhikari, Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh within three weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. The respondent No.3 is directed to pass appropriate order in the matter on the next three weeks from the date of submission of placing the materials before him.
