Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the Respondent No. 2 { The Additional Commissioner, (Administration) Varanasi Division, Varanasi} to decide the application dated 23.09.2024 and 07.10.2024 filed by respondent no. 3 as well as an objection dated 14.10.2024 filed by the petitioner in Revision No. 2288 /2023, Computerized Case No. C202314000002288, District-Varanasi Pankaj Vs. Jagdish And Others U/s 210 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, Mauja-Luchchepur, Pargana Athgawan, Tehsil Pindra, District-Varanasi within the stipulated period. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 not to accept and admit papers nos. 8 to 15 filed by the respondent no. 3 as evidence which are Photostat copies and reject the application dated 23.09.2024 and 07.10.2024 moved by respondent no. 3 and further the respondent no. 2 may heard and decide the revision after the disposal of applications dated 23.09.2024 and 07.10.2024 moved by respondent no. 3 as well as an objection dated 14.10.2024 filed by the petitioner.." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned applications dated 23.9.2024 & 7.10.2024 are pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned applications are pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned applications, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within 12 weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
