The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as an accused in Crime No. 189 of 2024 on the file of the Madanapalle I Town Police Station, Annamayya District (previously Chittoor District), for the alleged offences under Sections 192, 420, and 465 of the Indian Penal Code, r/w Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
2. It is submitted that a private complaint was referred by the de facto complainant/ 2nd respondent to the Madanapalle I Town Police Station, and

they have registered a crime for investigation. It is also submitted that the de facto complainant/ 2nd respondent has alleged that the shares of the company were involved, and there was an agreement of sale for transfer. O.S. No. 24 of 2020 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Madanapalle, was also filed seeking a direction against the 2nd respondent, who is a G.P.A. holder of one Mr. Naveen.
3. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to dispose off the quash petition by directing the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer, Madanapalle I Town Police Station, Annamayya District (previously Chittoor District), to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023, for the purpose of investigation in Crime No. 189 of 2024.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed off.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
