Grievance is that certain officials had demanded bribe from the petitioner for considering the petitioner's request for demarcation / partition. Once that be so, it is always open to the petitioner to lodge a police report and it goes without saying that an appropriate action as may be warranted in law would be taken. The writ petition would not lie for such purposes. Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed.
