By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.116 of 2021 dated 08.06.2021 registered with P.S. Kotwali Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal under Sections 376, 504 and 506 IPC. 4. In sequel to order dated 26.10.2021, learned State Counsel on instruction submits that after investigation, final report has already been submitted by the police against the respondent No.5-Vinod Singhal and according to the Investigating Officer, no offence is made out against respondent No.5 under Sections 376, 504 and 506 IPC, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 5. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
