The short grievance projected by the petitioners in the present petition is that they have moved an application before the District Magistrate, Kulgam- respondent No. 4 herein on 13.09.2025, for demarcation/identification and specification of the land falling under Survey Nos. 139, measuring 04 Kanals, 360 min, measuring 03 Kanals and 03 marlas and survey No. 92, measuring 04 Kanals and 09 marlas situated at Baghi-Wanpoh Tehsil Qaimoh, District, Kulgam, however, the needful has not been done as on date. 2. Mr. Rizwan-ul-Zaman, Advocate, appearing for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied if District Magistrate, Kulgam is directed to demarcate the subject land within a timeframe. The statement of learned counsel for the petitioners is taken on record. 3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to District Magistrate, Kulgam to demarcate/identify and specify the subject land mentioned above within a period of two weeks from the date, copy of this order is made available.
