Satyen Vaidya, Judge Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners herein is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court on 17.10.2023 in a bunch of matter with CWP No. 7526 of 2021, titled as Laiq Ram Sharma and Anr. Vs. State of H.P. and Anr. as a lead case. As per him, the issue raised by the petitioners in the instant case is identical to the issue decided by this Court in the aforesaid matters. He further submits that the judgment passed by this Court in Laiq Ram’s case (supra) has been affirmed by a Division Bench of this Court, vide judgment dated 09.01.2025 in LPA No. 356 of 2024 and connected matters, which further has been affirmed by Hon’ble 2 Supreme Court vide order dated 27.03.2025, passed in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 8418-8420/2025.Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 8418-8420/2025. 2. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, it will be appropriate to direct 2nd respondent to consider the case of the petitioners in light of aforesaid judgments and to take a decision thereon by passing a detailed and reasoned order. Ordered accordingly. Respondent No. 2, shall take decision in terms of this judgment the within six weeks from today. 3. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 4.
