By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhadohi to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 437 of 2011 (Keshav Puri Vs. Chhote Lal), arising out of Application 156(3) Cr.P.C., under Section 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 I.P.C., Police Station Bhadohi, District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi), and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has filed the aforesaid complaint in the year 2011 but the proceedings have not been concluded so far. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned court to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the Court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid complaint and to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order before the court concerned, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
