GP for Revenue The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent Nos.5 and 6, at the behest of the respondent Nos.8 and 9, are calling the petitioners over phone and sending the Sub-ordinates by holding out threats to the petitioner to settle the disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. A direction is also sought against the respondent Nos.5 to 7, directing them not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners and not to indulge in the civil disputes. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioners are not called to the Police Station at any point of time. It is submitted that the 9th respondent has filed a complaint against the petitioners and on the strength of the complaint filed by the 9th respondent, the petitioners were called for enquiry purpose. Though, there was no F.I.R registered in the matter, as the same is a civil dispute between the parties and the unofficial respondents. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, at the stage of admission, directing the respondent Nos.5 and 6 not to disturb the peace of the petitioners without following due process of law. 4.
