represents respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri.Basavaraj R.Math, who represents respondent No.3. 2. Sri.Sudarshan M., learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that a notification was issued in the year 2017 to submit the applications for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) at Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited. The petitioner submitted her application. In the year 2024, written examination was conducted. The next stage is giving notice to eligible candidates to submit the relevant documents for verification. However, the petitioner was not duly intimated about the document verification. Therefore, the petitioner could not submit her documents for verification. The provisional selection list was prepared and challenging the said provisional list, some of the candidates approached the High Court. At that time, the petitioner came to know that in the provisional list a less meritorious candidate is shown as the selected candidate and that the said candidate secured 29.667 marks only. - 4 -

Learned Additional Government Advocate who represents respondent No.1 and Sri.Basavaraj R.Math who represents respondent No.3 submits that series of writ petitions were filed challenging the selection process and present writ petition is one among them. 4.

Thus, the writ petition is disposed of with the following:
