JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDE R 28.10.2025 Vide order dated 4th October, 2024, this Court while issuing notice to the respondents stayed the impugned order subject to petitioners depositing 50% of the amount within a period of two weeks. More than a year passed, the said order has not been complied with nor any deposit has been made with the Bank. On the last two occasions i.e. 23.04.2025 & 12.08.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today also, when the case was called up nobody turned up to appear for the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to comply with the orders passed by this Court nor are interested to pursue this petition. In view of above, the instant petition is dismissed for non- prosecution Interim direction, if any, subsisting shall stand vacated.
