Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that due to absence of recent instructions from the petitioner despite endeavour, prayed this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty that in case petitioner is still aggrieved, he can avail legally permissible remedy in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that due amount has already been forwarded way back in the yer 2008 to the employer.
