For the reasons stated in the application, duly supported by the affidavit, the delay of 99 days’ in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 18.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge is condoned. The application stands disposed of.

Inter alia contends that the writ petitioner had been non-suited by the learned Single Judge on account of having produced two 10+2 certificates, whereby in one certificate dated 22.04.2019, he had secured 390 marks out of 500, whereas in the 2nd certificate dated 22.07.2019, he had secured 409 out of 500 marks.

The argument raised now is that he had sat in the improvement exams and thus his marks in Political Science and Physical Education were enhanced. If it is permissible as such, it would relate back to the date of the original examination and therefore his case is liable to be
considered on the strength of the subsequent certificate, which had been lost sight of by the learned Single Judge.

Notice. Mr. Gobind Korla, learned Additional Advocate General accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No. 1 to 4. Separate notice be issued to respondent No.5, on steps being taken within one week, returnable for 21.07.2025.
