No. 845 of 2024) registered under sections 317(4)/317(5)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was in possession of ten allegedly stolen motorcycles. It is further submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are all false and there is no theft report regarding the alleged stolen motorcycles, seized by the police. It is next submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 07.10.2024, as has been mentioned in paragraph no. 16 of the bail application and charge sheet has already been submitted and cognizance has also been taken. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the trial of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be admitted to bail. The learned Addl.
