According to the petitioner, he purchased membership from Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited in the year 2021. Since there were number of irregularities committed by Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited, and the benefits, which are available to the members were also not given to the petitioner, therefore, he made complaint to Central Consumer Protection Authority, New Delhi on 02.11.2022. 4. Since no response could be evoked pursuant to the said complaint, thereafter another complaint was made by the petitioner, on 21.11.2024 to respondent no. 1, however, no decision has been taken in the matter. 5. Mr. Atul Bhatt, learned counsel appearing for Union of India submits that the second complaint made by the petitioner on 21.11.2024 was transferred to respondent no. 2 on 06.12.2024 with a request to look into the matter and take appropriate action. 6. Grievance raised by the petitioner is that respondent no. 2 is not taking any action in the matter and the complaints 2025:UHC:7688 made to it are lying undisposed. 7. Having regard to the facts, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Central Consumer Protection Authority, New Delhi (respondent no. 2) to look into the issues highlighted by the petitioner in his complaint and pass appropriate order, as per law, within four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
