Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the petitioner, namely, Abdul Sohid@Abdus Shahid was granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 09.04.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Page No.# 2/2 Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 2. On the other hand, Mr. K. Baishya, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge sheet has been laid in this case bearing charge sheet No. 52/2025 dated 31.05.2025. 3. In view of the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, as well as considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court, and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him, by this Court, by order dated 09.04.2025 is hereby made absolute, with a condition that he shall continue to co- operate in the trial. 4.
