Srivastava, learned counsel for respondents, at the outset, submits that this writ petition may be dismissed in terms of order of date passed in Nanno Devi vs. State of U.P. and another, 2025:AHC:141551 as in this writ petition, petitioner has raised claim for family pension after about 24 years which is an extraordinary delay and reasons for such delay are not explained in writ petition. 2. Sri D.K. Dwivedi, learned counsel for petitioner has not able to dispute aforesaid submissions. 3.
