JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL [2025:RJ-JP:6778] (2 of 2) [CW-4610/2020] Judgment / Order 17/02/2025 This writ petition is filed with following prayers:- i) that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners shall not be dispossessed till the complete investigation in the FIR No.155/2020 registered at Police Station Kanota, Jaipur is completed by the Police. ii) that during pendency of the writ petition, petitioners shall not be forced to pay any money due to Mentor Home Loans India Limited illegally. iii) that during pendency of the writ petition, forceful dispossession of the petitioners from their flats shall not be made being bonafide purchasers as petitioners are ready to abide by Hon’ble court order. iv) Any other relief as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper be also granted in favour of the petitioners. Despite repeated requests of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioners is not ready to address the Court on merits of the case.
