Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:19759-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 36113 of 2024 Petitioner :- Satya Narayan Respondent :- State Of Up And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rudra Kant Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Arun Kumar Singh Deshwal,J. Grievance is that merely because petitioner's son is implicated in certain criminal cases, the authorities of the State are interfering in the peaceful life of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no concern with his son. Learned Standing Counsel states that none of the authorities of the State are interfering in the petitioner's peaceful life and the visit of the authorities is only to apprehend the persons with criminal antecedents. The details of the cases in which petitioner's son is implicated is not clearly disclosed. It is also apparent that attachment proceedings have been undertaken by the competent court since the petitioner's son is reportedly absconding. Once that be so, we do not find any occasion to interfere in the present writ petition as the attempt on the part of police personnel to trace out the absconder cannot amount to interference in the petitioner's peaceful life. Writ petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 11.2.2025 LN Tripathi Digitally signed by :- LALIT TRIPATHI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
