Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 3(5), 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., on 07.07.2025 at about 8:30 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, came at the house of informant and assaulted informant and her father-in-law by means of knife, iron rod as a result of which, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84268 of 2025(2) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 father-in-law of the informant died during course of treatment. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of ten days which itself raises doubt over veracity of the prosecution case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Considering the fact that these petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation of assaulting father- in-law of the informant, who died during course of treatment, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused.
