Petitioner is serving as Staff Nurse at CHC Gadagusaini, Medical Block Seraj (Janjehli), District Mandi. Her grievance is that on completion of the normal tenure at the present station, she preferred representations dated 05.06.2024 and 05.08.2024 (Annexure P-2 Colly.) to respondent No.2 seeking her transfer, however, no decision has been communicated till date to her about fate of aforesaid representations. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner dated 05.06.2024 and 05.08.2024 (Annexure P-2 Colly.) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
