The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ of mandamus commanding to respondents to restore the possession of petitioners, over new plots No. 16 area 0-217H, plots No. 17 area 0-2160H, plots No. 101 area 0-4030H and plots No. 102 area 0-200H plots No. 550 area 0-193H of Village Belout Pargana Barn Tehsil District Bulandshahar in compliance of order passed by Consolidation Officer dated 3.9.2024 passed in case No. 0683 of 2024 under Rule 109-A of U.P.C.H. Rules expeditiously within stipulated period." 3. This Court has allowed the Writ B No. 802 of 2022 and Writ B No. 1921 of 2023 filed by petitioners against the revisional order passed under Section 48 of the U.P.C.H. Act affirming the entry of the petitioners in respect to the plot in question hence this petition is also allowed and respondents are directed to restore the possession of the petitioners within period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before the authorities. 4.
