Belamgi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate, who represents the respondents. 2. This writ petition is filed seeking the Court to issue a mandamus directing respondent No.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2025 and to issue validity certificate in pursuance of the spot panchanama conducted and enquiry report submitted by respondent No.5. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the petitioner is a member of Scheduled Caste. He applied for the post of SDA in Group-C category in Irrigation Department. His name appeared in the selection list. He also received call letter. The petitioner applied for validity certificate by producing all relevant documents. Basing on the application of the petitioner, an enquiry was - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2430 WP No. 201101 of 2025 conducted and a report was submitted that the petitioner is a member of Scheduled Caste. However, till now, validity certificate is not issued. Though the petitioner submitted a representation, there is no response and therefore, the present writ petition is filed. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate states that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2025 will be considered. 5. Having found justification in the relief sought for that the representation of the petitioner is required to be considered time bound, this Court is of the view that the writ petition is liable to be disposed of with the following direction. 6. Thus, the writ petition is disposed of as under: i) Respondent No.4 – Tahasildar, Maski, Raichur District to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2025 and pass necessary orders or give proper reply within a period of - 5 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2430 WP No. 201101 of 2025 four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. ii) The decision taken be communicated to the writ petitioner.
