This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for quashing of the entire proceedings, including N.B.W. dated 03.10.2024, of Complaint Case No. 2431 of 2015, (Varun Kumar Porwal Vs. Devmuni & Others), under Sections 147, 452, 323, 406, 506 I.P.C., pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Auraiya. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that prayer made above is not being pressed and that applicants are willing to appear before the trial Court concerned and a direction may be made to the Court concerned to decide the bail applications of applicants expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case, applicants appear/ surrender before the Court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and apply for bail, their bail applications shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with settled law. For a period of three weeks from today or till the applicants surrender before the Court concerned, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the aforesaid case. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
