C CHINNAIAH SIDDANTHI The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “….to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the representation dt 05.4.2010 and passing the orders thereon by extending the lease period in respect of the agriculture lands in Sy.Nos.319, 335 and 357 admeasuring Ac.6.59 cents at Cherukucherla village and lands in Sy.Nos.145 and 153 admeasuring Ac.9.69 cents at Veepanagandla village both under Midthuru Mandal Kurnool District as illegal unlawful, contrary to law and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner to extend the lease period of the above agricultural lands of the Mutt and in the Meanwhile the petitioner shall not be evicted there from and pass…..” 2. On an earlier occasion, i.e., on 04.02.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 11.02.2025 finally. 3. Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
