Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Petitioner was serving as Senior Assistant in the office of Block Medical Officer (‘BMO’), Karsog, District Mandi, against a higher post. On 12.03.2025, he was adjusted against the sanctioned post of Senior Assistant in the same office vice one Mr. Yash Pal (respondent No.5). Mr. Yash Pal was further transferred to the Health and Family Welfare Directorate, Shimla. Petitioner joined against the new post on 19.03.2025. Adjustment of the petitioner effected under order dated 12.03.2025 was withdrawn by the respondent-Department on 19/20.03.2025. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions memo dated 07.04.2025 from the Director, Health Services, Himachal Pradesh, conveying that petitioner’s adjustment under order dated 12.03.2025 was withdrawn by the Department due to administrative reasons. 3. Admittedly, the petitioner is serving in the same Block, i.e. under BMO Karsog, for last about 17 years in the different capacities. Under office order dated 19/20.03.2025 (Annexure P-1), he was transferred from one post to the other post but in the office of BMO Karsog, District Mandi. Pursuant to cancellation of this adjustment under subsequent order dated 19/20.03.2025, petitioner still remains posted in the office of BMO, Karsog. It is not the case of the petitioner that he has been demoted in rank or his pay has been reduced. 4. Respondents have stated that adjustment of petitioner from one post to other in the office of BMO Karsog was withdrawn due to due to administrative reasons. In view of above facts which are not disputed, no interference with the impugned transfer order is called for. -3- Accordingly, there is no merit in the instant writ petition.
