Present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers :- “(i) A Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited/ respondent no. 9 to 2025:UHC:394 2 install separate electricity meters for the petitioner and accordingly, charge the electricity bill (similar to the petitioners in W.P. (M/S) No. 2889/ 2024 "Chander Kant Sharma & Others v. State of Uttarakhand & Others" as per Judgment and Order dated 24.10.2024 ANNEXURE NO. 3). (ii) Any other suitable Writ/ Order or Direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the Case. (iii) Further prays that the Hon'ble Court may direct the respondents to pay the cost of the litigation.” 2. Heard Mr. (Dr.) K.H. Admittedly, present matter is covered by the Order dated 24.10.2024, passed by this Court in WPMS No.2889 of 2024 and batch. 4. Mr. K.H. Gupta, Advocate submitted that petitioners undertake that each petitioner shall deposit 2025:UHC:394 3 Rs.45,000/-(Rupees Forty Five Thousand) before the respondent no.9. 5.
