Both these bail application arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, both these cases are being tagged together and disposed of by a common order. 3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No. 210 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 103, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Priya Kumari, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 4. On 27.11.2024, at about 12:00 noon, there was some altercation between the informant alongwith his family members and the accused persons while the accused persons were laying foundation for construction of a house outside the house of the informant which led to free fight. 5. It appears that the father of the informant sustained injury and succumbed to it. It was further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused namely Sahana Khatoon has been granted bail by this Court earlier in B.A. No. 2272/2025. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Priya Kumari, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh or her successor in connection with Barkatha P.S.
