The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the Proceedings issued by Respondent No.2 vide R.O.C.No.192/2024/G1, dated 31.07.2024 fixing a rent of Rs.5,000/- per month for a site of an extent of 12 x 15 feet, near Old Bus Stand, adjacent to the Government Hospital Compound, Gudur, in variance to the rent being charged from the similarly situated persons. 2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.2-Municipality passed on the Proceedings of the Commissioner, Gudur Municipality, dated 30.06.2025 across the Bench, wherein the encroachment fee from the Petitioner was modified @ Rs.6,000/- per annum on par with the similarly situated persons. 3. As the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed pursuant to the Proceedings dated 30.06.2025 issued by the Commissioner, Gudur Municipality, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed. 5. No order as to costs. 6.
