Revenue Code-2006 filed by the respondent no.4 to be non est and not maintainable, which has been filed in respect of plot no.277M situated in Village Seehipur, Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur(mentioned at Serial No.380 of Peshi Bahi Register) (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition)." The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted as the proceeding under Section 30(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been initiated by private respondent no. 4. The petitioner has remedy of filing objection before court concerned. No case for interference under Article 226 of Constitution of India is made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
