Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 10.09.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lalganj, District-Azamgarh/respondent No.2(Annexure No.8 to the writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 to decide the case No.00451/2019, Computerized Case No.T201915060400451, Indrajeet and others Vs. Pancham and others, under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, afresh as per provision of Section 116/117 of the U.P. Revenue Code as well as Rule 109 of U.P. Revenue Code, Rules, 2016 on the basis of material available on record, within stipulated period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly conceded that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
