This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging the chargesheet dated 29.10.2022 and cognizance/summoning order dated 27.02.2023 as well as entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.17376 of 2023 (State of U.P. vs. Archana Rastogi), under Sections 306 and 511 I.P.C., Police Station-Indirapuram, District-Ghaziabad. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after filing of the present application, the applicant has been discharged from the concerned court and, therefore, the present application has been rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such. 4. Learned A.G.A. does not oppose the prayer. 5. In view of the submissions made at the bar, the present application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
