It is pertinent to note that the petitioners filed the instant writ petition before this Court, apprehending a threat to their life and property from their respective parents. 4. A perusal of the record reflects that the petitioners' apprehension of a threat to life no longer exists due to the passage of time. Consequently, the relief claimed in the petition has become infructuous, and the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5. If any cause of action still subsists, the petitioners are at liberty to seek a recall of this order.
